Q. How far in advance should I reserve my machine?
A. Call us as soon as possible to schedule your delivery date. We recommend an early booking in order to reserve a machine for your party date; however, last minute rentals are welcome!
Q. Are other kinds of drinks available?
A. Yes. We offer over 100 flavors and counting! We even create non-alcoholic versions, slushies for children, and much more. Some of our Cool Daddy’s machines allow you to have two different types of drinks at your party! Have a special drink in mind? Let us know...we'll create it for you.
Q. What is the meaning of life?
A. Family, friends, and the perfect frozen drink.
Q. Do you offer Kosher mixes and machines?
A. Absolutely! Read More.
Q. Who provides the alcohol?
A. You are responsible for providing the alcohol...any brand you want. We let you know how much you need when you book your party.
Q. Are the machines easy to use?
A. Absolutely! We'll set up the machine. Everything is premixed for you. We'll instruct you on how to operate the machine as well. If you have any questions or concerns, just give us a call!
Q. So who is Cool Daddy?
A. Everything you ever wanted to know about Cool Daddy and Hot Momma (but were afraid to ask), can be found right here.
Q. How many drinks does one batch of mix yield?
A. Approximately 130 ten-ounce drinks per ten-gallons of drink mix.
Q. Where should I place the machine?
A. You should have a sturdy table or a countertop ready for the machine when it arrives. The table should be of normal height and capable of supporting at least 130 lbs. (Card Tables are not acceptable.) If you do not have a suitable table, we can supply one for a small fee. Additionally, if it is summer time, the smaller machines are not insulated and need to operate indoors. The larger machines are capable of operating outside but prefer the shade.
Q. What type of power does the machine require?
A. Cool Daddy’s machines can be plugged into your everyday, common, run-of-the-mill outlet (we’re low maintenance, after all!). Our larger machines require a 20 AMP/110 Volt dedicated circuit — usually found in kitchens and other various locations (check your fuse box for specific access.) If we need to run an extension cord over 25 feet, please let us know and we will come prepared.
